Ronald Cigar operates in compliance with applicable Indonesian regulations governing the manufacture, marketing, and sale of tobacco products, including Government Regulation No. 109 of 2012 concerning Tobacco Products Containing Addictive Substances (Peraturan Pemerintah No. 109 Tahun 2012 tentang Pengamanan Bahan yang Mengandung Zat Adiktif berupa Produk Tembakau bagi Kesehatan) and related Ministry of Health regulations.

All promotional and informational content on this Site is directed exclusively at adults of legal age. Ronald Cigar does not engage in marketing that targets minors or encourages tobacco initiation among non-smokers. Our products are sold through authorised B2B channels and authorised retailers only.

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PT Cipta Gading Tembakao regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties related to the Site.
